Since Hanan's visit we have realised that we are only a short way down the road to richness and that we have many miles to go before we get to the bucket of gold.
1. We are putting in place a facilitators planning booklet to ensure that we get true richness in our units. This will allow anyone to facilitate the process in planning a rich task unit, to make sure all the right questions are being asked and that the children truly get to the depths that we would like them to do.
2. We want to be more connected in the way we use the amazing technology that we have at our disposal to having truly rich activities unravelling the deep understandings and deep knowledge that we want to unlock for our students. A new bank of iMacs and Macbook pros will be a great catalyst for this I am sure.
3. We will continue to review our documentation to make sure that what we say is what we do.
4. We are also committed to helping new staff be fully up to date with where we are at and so an induction kit is being prepared to make this as easy as possible.
We are committed to providing the best possible education for our students and we hope that the journey continues to be as enjoyable as the last three years have been.
